Your new role

As an experienced individual you will be responsible for a number of projects through the technical detailing and contract administration using BIM and/or CAD. Working in teams but individually, projects range from one-off houses and housing developments but also commercial and public buildings.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previous UK experience working at RIBA stages 4 independently, coupled with an excellent technical ability and working drawing packages.
