Your new company are a planning, design, and development consultancy based in Leeds. They specialise in the provision of development services to the UK's leading, renewable energy, resource management (waste & minerals) companies, commercial, leisure and residential property development companies.

What you'll need to succeed
To Succeed you will have a relevant degree, ideally in Town and Country Planning or an equivalent subject, Chartered RTPI status, 5-10 years' experience and will have an active interest in EIA and environmental aspects of planning.

You will have a working knowledge of the preparation and submission of planning applications, environmental impact assessment (EIA) and the Town & Country Planning system, and will be confident in liaising with clients, planning authorities and procuring and project managing third party consultants. You will have excellent communication skills, will take a proactive approach to your work, and will be looking for a career within a progressive organisation.
