Job Details

An interesting opportunity has become available for Site Architect to work for a multi-disciplinary company in London. This is a permanent position with a salary circa £40,000 pa depending on experience.

For this position you'll be working on some very high-end residential schemes in and around London so a background should suit this field. Experience with working on double or triple basement extensions would be ideal. As the title suggests you should have good experience of liaising with clients and contactors on site and you'll largely be based on site, perhaps one or two days in the office once permissible.

When not on site you'll be producing plans/sections and elevation as well as putting together technical drawing packages. The ability to sketch freehand would be great for this particular role but is no pre-requisite. As mentioned above this is to work for a well established multi-disciplinary practice so experience with coordinating between Architectural and Interiors teams would be ideal.

This is a long term strategic hire and is an ideal position for someone looking to stick with a respected practice long term and work up the ranks.
