Architect

Driven design led studio in the heart of lively and creative south east London is on the lookout for a talented architect to join their collaborative team. This studio is well known for it's progressive design ethos, and designing award winning projects in and around London. This collective of designers pride themselves on nurturing and supporting up and coming talent within the industry. On offer is the chance to take the lead on a mixed use scheme from initial concept stage through to RIBA stage 3. This is a great opportunity for a designer looking to take a step up in their career, or an architect keen to leave their mark on a highly publicised UK project. 

Role specifics 

• Develop the concept design of UK mixed use (residential led) scheme
• Work collaboratively with design team delivering design & drawing packages up to stage 3
• Work with the team to develop revit model 
• Liaise with client and exterior consultants and attend design team & site meetings

Key skills

• RIBA Part II or III accredited 
• Demonstrable experience in UK housing at planning stage
• Experience using MicroStation or Revit & Rhino required 
• Open communication style and confidence in presenting own ideas
