Associate Project Manager – Qualified Architect

​A unique opportunity for an experienced Architect in possession of an extensive private / high-end residential portfolio to operate in an integral senior post.

We are working with a studio renowned for producing high quality, unique residential designs with an established reputation for innovative, end-user focused design.

You will lead simultaneous projects from inception through to completion, acting as main point of contact for the client, managing a team of designers + technical staff to ensure timely delivery of all schemes within budget, leading external consultants, creating project management templates and contract administration.

Essential requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years post RIBA Part III / ARB accreditation experience in a UK-based studio

• Extensive private residential experience, working directly with clients from inception to completion

• Previous JCT contract administration experience

• Ability to manage simultaneous projects, clients and budgets

• Outstanding communication, presentation + time management skills

• Established MS Office proficiency (including MS Project)

• Knowledge of BIM methodologies and workflows (highly desirable)

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary and will be eligible for a performance + business related annual bonus in the region of £5k+/-.
