Your new company
A lively and creative Architectural Practice covering Industrial and commercial sectors in East Derbyshire require an Temporary Architectural Technologist to join their hard working team.
Your new role
As an Architectural Technologist you will be responsible for scheme development throughout all the RIBA stages. You will be responsible for the production of technical drawings using Revit and/or AutoCAD, 2D and 3D model production, work to strict deadlines, liaise with authorities and stakeholders and lead the design process.
Projects are likely to be Industrial or commercial.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proficiency with Autodesk Revit and/or AutoCAD, knowledge of UK Building regulations, experience of project delivery across all RIBA stages, HNC/HND in Architectural Technology or equivalent and excellent communication skills.
Full driving licence and own car is essential also.
