An established firm with a focus on providing an end-to-end project management service to HNWIs requires an architectural project director to support the current work stream. This is an opportunity for an architect with extensive experience working in high-end private residential to step into a client representative position. The studio is an ambitious and driven team of individuals who have come together from different disciplines to drive design and delivery excellence through their unique offering.

The role involves managing initial client contact through project launch to day-to-day client account management. You will be guiding the client to an array of suppliers within the UK from architects, PMs and contractors. Projects are typically between 1million and 50million and will range from heritage to contemporary in style.

The successful architect will have extensive experience of project managing and leading projects from inception to completion. You must have worked on high-end real estate schemes through all RIBA stages in the UK and be qualified as an architect. You must be able to work closely with clients to steer and guide through design stages and support on key design decisions. The client is looking for an architect proficient in the technical stages and to be their in-house expert. This role is balanced between developing projects and clear communication and you will be the eyes and ears for the clients’ project.

You will be offered an excellent salary and benefits package. The role will require candidates to work in a safe office in central London up to 3 days per week.
