Senior Architectural Technologist

This highly acclaimed multi national architectural consultancy are enjoying an upturn in workload at the Bristol studio who design influential local and regional buildings. There are commissions happening across high density residential along with new architecture on existing retail and commercial schemes.

You will play a catalyst role where responsibilities will include;

- Construction detailing

- Coordinating with external consultants

- Specification writing

- Working through to handover

You will have an extensive knowledge of construction legislations and have worked on projects in excess of £10m. This exciting role needs someone who can take control of schemes from Stage 2 with REVIT proficiency.

Initially you will work remotely before returning to a modern central studio with super in house amenities. There is an attractive salary in place along with chances to progress within the hierarchy.
