BIM Coordinator

World famous architecture studio known for its inventive, complex, and progressive design approach is on the lookout for a BIM coordinator to join their London team. On offer is the chance to work across confidential international projects that incorporate complex geometry and parametric design with unusual typologies and materials. This is a one year fixed term contract initially

Job description

• Work within a strong BIM team to develop BIM models for front end design projects
• Liaise with multidisciplinary groups within the studio to drive dynamic and complex design
• Produce BIM execution plan
• Manage BIM workflow and project setups
• Mentor design team on BIM execution plan and prepare BIM specific training

Key skills

• Demonstrable experience in leading technical delivery of BIM within a team
• Experience working within a mid to large-scale studio is desirable 
• Experience working with complex geometry or parametric design is essential
• Revit & Rhino proficiency is essential
• Grasshopper, Dynamo & Python are desirable software skills
• Comfortable with a fluid & collaborative design environment
• Confident communicator with a passion for complex design
