Design Architect – Berkshire

Wonderful opportunity for an experienced Residential Designer Architect to join a busy, Berkshire based practice to work on some substantial London schemes.

My client are a mid-sized practice based 15 minutes train journey out of central London who are currently working on some sizeable residential projects in the capital.

Due to continued growth in the practice they are currently, looking for a design focused Part 3 to join their team. Candidates will have at least 4-5 years’ experience of pre-planning large-scale UK residential projects and could be a Part 3 or experienced Part 2.

You will be able to demonstrate strong experience of stages 1-3 and ideally have worked in a sizeable London practice and are maybe looking to move into a smaller firm and gain more exposure and experience. Current projects include a 350 unit, 3 block residential scheme currently at planning.

This is a full-time role with salary flexible depending on experience
