​An AJ100 studio with an incredibly varied portfolio is seeking several project architects to deliver high value schemes across London.

Projects range from a 100+ unit Passivhaus development through to a high-value hospitality refurbishment scheme, all at RIBA Stage 3.

 

You will be responsible for developing these projects from RIBA Stages 4 through to completion, with support from seniors and a junior team.

 

With a rapid expansion plan set for the next 12 months, this studio is providing a platform for individuals with aspirations to progress to Associate level+, coupled with exposure to exciting large-scale projects in the capital.

 

Revit software proficiency is essential for the Passivhaus scheme. Applicants with Microstation proficiency will be considered for the hospitality refurbishment project.

 

UK-based experience in multi-unit residential (100+ units) or hospitality (refurb) is essential for this post. An interest or passion for sustainability, coupled with BIM Level 2 project experience is highly desirable.
