Do you have recent experience working in Planning Enforcement?
If so role could be for you.
Our client are looking for a competent Enforcement Planner to work within it's busy Enforcement Team.
Dealing with your own caseload, you will be investigating and resolving breaches in planning an a variety of householder and more minor applications.
Duties will include undertaking site visits, seeking resolutions by inviting the submission of planning applications or through negotiation and ensuring compliance with formal planning notices.
What you'll get in return
The role offers mainly home working with a potential day of site visits each week.
