Opportunity for Architectural Technologist in beautiful city of Chester!

Your new company
This medium sized architecture practice in Chester are well regarded for their design work in the housing, education and commercial workplace sectors. Their Chester team are keen to appoint an Architectural Technologist to allow their business to grow.

Your new role
You will be taking on a central role in the running of new build housing and education projects from planning through all construction stages. Dealing with clients, producing working drawings, and overseeing some work from Part I assistants.

What you'll need to succeed
This studio are looking for an Architectural Technologist with proven professional experience (min 3 years) and someone who is ideally chartered. You will be a proficient revit user, have good knowledge of UK building regulations, and be able to deal professionally with clients and contractors when required.
