Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist (Revit)

Urban are working alongside one of Ireland’s finest Architectural studios that are consistently bidding and winning the most desirable projects in the industry. The studio are looking to welcome the addition of a Senior Architectural Technologist/Technician to their excellent workforce in Dublin. 

With Dublin City seeing a huge rise in the number of top global businesses looking to add a base on Irish soil, our client is extremely busy across multiple project sectors with projects at varying stages from feasibility to construction currently being developed in practice.

The studio work across a variety of project sectors including Office Workplace, Retail, Cultural, Hospitality, Educational and Large-Scale High-Value Residential buildings from inception to completion. RIAI 0-7.

The studio are keen to build upon their existing workforce with the addition of a Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist with 5 years + experience upon mid to large scale projects in a variety of sectors. You'll be a confident all-rounder, capable across all work stages and communicative with less experienced colleagues and clients alike.

Suitable experience will come from early technical design stages, through planning, building control, detailing to construction on site and completion. 

The studio are BIM users so working experience in Revit software will be essential. Likely experience will need to be 2+ years ‘in-studio’ use on live projects.
