Senior Architect

Your new company
A West Leicestershire based Multi-Sector Practice are looking to expand their senior leadership team.

Your new role
As a Senior Architect, you will be ARB and RIBA accredited with multi-sector project experience. You will run projects from conception to completion, be able to work on multiple projects at once and have managerial experience to drive teams to achieve the best quality projects within budget and deadlines.
You will be coordinating with planning authorities, building control, in-house design teams, external and contractors. There will be business development elements of the role and you will be client facing at most if not all stages of the project.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have 10+ years' experience of running projects across all RIBA stages, have lead teams, ran projects and taken projects from RIBA stages 0-7. You will be working across all stages but good masterplanning experience will be a distinct advantage.
You will have experience of winning new business with tenders and competitions, be driven to hit targets and help junior staff achieve higher levels.
