An Architect job in Surrey to join a leading residential practice (Master planning experience required)

Your new company
A successful architecture practice specialising in residential schemes for a range of clients. With a steady workload but the scope to take on further work, they are looking to grow the team with an experienced Architect.

Your new role
You will be required to work at all RIBA stages but there is a heavy focus on masterplanning and layout designs for 100+ units. Amongst a team you will provide a range of support whilst running your own projects, dealing with key clients ensuring an excellent service.

What you'll need to succeed
As a strong designer you will need to have recent experience in the housing sector, hand drawing skills and willing to work in a team and individually.
