Senior Architectural Technologist

Great opportunity for a Senior Technologist to work with a developer in Lancashire.

Your new company
This well established NW Developer work on residential projects across the UK and have some great, and quite unique, sites under development. Growing each year, and with some ambitious plans, they are now in a position to further develop their design team with what will be a key strategic appointment.

Your new role
Working within a small design team of Architects and Technologists, you will take responsibility for the detailed design and construction drawings for multiple high end residential developments. You will be overseeing the work of a small team of technologists, and ensuring standards are met.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm is looking to appoint a skilled Technologist, ideally MCIAT, with proven revit skills in practice and ideally a background in high end residential developments, plus 6 years or more professional experience. A full driving licence would be required for this role.
