Architectural Technician/ Technologist

An Architectural Technician job designing science buildings using AutoCAD and Revit *Permanent opportunity*

Your new company
A national, design and build company who operate in multi-disciplines for the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. With a growing workload they require an Architectural Technician on a permanent basis located out of the Basingstoke office in Hampshire.

Your new role
Supported by an Architect you will develop planning application drawings, documentation for Building Regulations approval, and preparing documentation for placing of sub-contracts for construction.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong detailing and building regulation knowledge, proficient in AutoCAD and/ or Revit and some experience in manufacturing, healthcare or pharmaceutical is preferred.

What you'll get in return
Though your base will be in Basingstoke there is flexibility to work in other offices and from home. Competitive salary depending on experience, holiday and pension.
