Architect - Inhouse role to work for a Developer

This practice need to hire a project runner to keep up with the workload of the back of the success of the developer. You will be wanting to work in a fast paced environment and make decisions quickly. You will get to design and deliver projects, and benefit from partnering with a developer. Key Responsibilities

• To run Multi million pound projects start to finish.
• To react quickly and make decisions on the hoof
• To work collaboratively, and efficiently in a small nit team.

Skills & Experience

• Part III equivalent
• AutoCAD
• Demonstration of a running large scale new build resi or commercial properties
• An understanding of the London market
