Project Architect - BREEAM (Excellent) Projects

Are you an ARB or RIBA Accredited Architect that likes the sound of taking full ownership of your own medium to large scale projects? Would you like to realise schemes designed for BREEAM excellence, taking them from inception through to on-site delivery?

We have an amazing opportunity for a Project Architect to join an established studio in Central London that has grown throughout the pandemic and has not furloughed a single employee!

This studio is renowned for progressing its staff with many of its Partners began as Architectural Assistants. This studio has consistently paid over and above market rate when it comes to salary and is also offering the successful candidate a clear pathway to Directorship.

You will be provided with absolutely everything you need to become a project leader from day one, including the clients and the projects to run. For this, you must offer a proven ability to run projects coupled with the commercial acumen required to deal directly with corporate clients.

All projects are run in Revit (BIM) and therefore all applicants are asked to demonstrate a proficiency with this program, evidenced on live BIM projects in the UK.
