Our client has established a pronounced reputation in the market for design excellence and being customer focused on their approach. This organisation focus on the delivery of projects in the residential sector, working with a range of clients from developers, farmers, private home builders and landowners. Recently having acquired multiple projects such as private dwellings and bespoke homes they are looking to offer an exciting opportunity to an Architect and Chartered Technologist to join their tight knit and collaborative team.

Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with an organisation who are customer focused and can offer an exciting portfolio of projects including designing highly sustainable, energy efficient bespoke homes. As the Architect / Senior Architect you will be responsible for taking ownership of and running your own projects. Your responsibilities will consist of up-front sketches, liaising with clients, submitting planning applications, managing consultants, and managing projects on site. As a Senior member of the team as well as running your own jobs you will be responsible for mentoring individuals in the team. This role will offer real progression prospects to the right candidate with realistic time frames and path to Associate and Director.

What you'll need to succeed
To qualify for this role as an Architect you will need to have had at least 2 years' experience in the UK and a be able to demonstrate a good understanding of UK building regulations. As a Technologist it is essential that you are chartered. Ideally you will be able to showcase excellent knowledge of all RIBA stages although if you can do so for stages 1-4 you are still encouraged to apply, as our client are able to provide the adequate support you will need. As a client facing member of the team this role is for a personable individual who can build and maintain relationships while delivering the highest standard of service.
