Associate

Leading architecture firm in the heart of buzzing Clerkenwell is on the lookout for an ambitious Associate to join their busy housing team. This mid sized studio is synonymous with designing & delivering elegant and contemporary projects nationwide, and is growing from strength to strength within the build to rent sector especially. On offer if the chance to manage an experienced team managing multiple on site housing projects. This role would suit a senior architect keen to take the step up, or an Associate keen to join a well known and established studio

Job Description

• Work closely with experienced team, and manage project resources and programme
• Attend site and DTMs and ensure smooth delivery of multiple build to rent residential schemes 
• Oversee technical production and interrogate the revit models in place

Key Skills

• Part III qualified or equivalent 
• Passion for housing projects and experience at RIBA stage 4+ on density housing projects, ideally build to rent schemes
• Clear communication style, ability to engage with a broad mix of people
• An understanding of Revit is essential for navigating the revit model
