Your new role
Working on a mixture of private residential and healthcare schemes (private clinics and ward refurbs) you will be leading projects and will be an all-rounder, taking responsibility for design proposals, planning applications, drawing work, and dealing with clients and contractors. You will be supported by a small team in the office.

What you'll need to succeed
The employer here is keen to appoint a talented architect who has min 3 years post Part III experience and is able to lead schemes through all project stages. You will have revit skills and autocad ability, superb communication skills, and a full driving licence to allow for site visits.
