Architectural Technologist / delivery focused qualified Architect for a 500+ unit residential scheme

Due to a steady increase in workload and the recent confirmation of a major London based residential development, this established UK practice urgently needs to recruit a Revit literate Architectural Technologist or technically oriented qualified Architect to join their sociable central London office. Their workload is primarily within the residential/mixed use sector and the office is 100% BIM based. They are currently working remotely but will be looking at the WFH/in the office split going forward for all employees. The London Director is extremely personable so flexible working arrangements will definitely be on offer!

Your main role will be to work closely with the lead Architect and take a key role in the production of the full working drawing package on a 500+ unit London based residential/mixed use scheme. This will also include dealing directly with the contractor and ensuring the project runs smoothly throughout all the key stages as they are acting as the Lead Architect on this scheme. The project is currently at Stage 4 and will be going to site at a later date. You will be heavily involved in the job running aspects of the project and also getting out on site and attending project meetings with the other main project consultants.
