Project Architect

Architect role available with design studio in East Cheshire.

Your new company
This small design studio in East Cheshire have had a terrific year so far with multiple project wins in the high end residential and mixed use commercial sector. They have a great team of ten at present, and are looking to appoint an experienced Architect. They are located in a town centre location with free parking on site.

Your new role
Working as a project lead, you will be developing design solutions for residential and smaller commercial projects, working with the client to take a detailed brief, and then running the scheme in the studio with support from technical staff. You will be dealing with planning applications, and construction stage information as schemes progress.

What you'll need to succeed
This firm are seeking a chartered architect with some good job running experience, and client facing skills proven in a past role. You will have a confident and positive outlook, and be able to manage your workload to allow for multiple projects.
