Maintenance Surveyor job opportunity in Milton Keynes area, £35k repairs and maintenance team

Your new role

In this role, you'll be delivering a first-class repairs and maintenance service within a small team.

Main responsibilities include carrying out inspections and diagnosing building defects, supervising in house maintenance operatives, managing contractors and monitoring their progress.

Additional duties include undertaking stock conditions surveys, undertake quality assurance inspections and producing accurate reports.

On-call duties will be required on a rota basis.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced building surveyor with good communication skills. Experience of contract administration is also required and you ideally should be working towards CIOB or RICS membership.

What you'll get in return

Our client is looking at a salary based on experience in the region of £35k basic salary plus housing if required
