Project Architect

A fantastic opportunity for a project architect to work alongside an experienced associate director in an established studio.

You will gain immediate exposure to a high value mixed-use student residential scheme in West London, currently at RIBA Stage 3.

A Project Architect with a proven track record of progressing multi-million-pound (£30M+), UK-based schemes from planning through to practical completion is essential for the next phase of this scheme. Experience working on larger scale multi-unit, inner-city residential projects (including towers) would also accommodate the practices established forward project pipeline.

You will lead a small team from 2-4 architects + assistants, managing the day-to-day project resourcing + technical production for this scheme, with a hands-on approach, through Technical Design + Construction stages whilst working directly with the client, external consultants and contractor.

The studio uses Revit on all live projects, previous experience working in Revit on BIM based projects is required.
