We are working with a growing practice that are hiring due to influx of projects. 

Currently they have a very exciting project which is a full refurbishment in west central London of two existing & adjacent properties. Our client is connecting them for use as a single family residence (Grade II listed), inclusive of their respective mews properties (not listed) yet ensuring that the properties also remain independent.  The intention is to fully refurbish them and to have some form of connection between the house and their mews, along with lateral connections between the townhouses across different floors.  The properties comprises approximately 15,200 sq. ft. including the mews and across 7 floors in addition to 3 external terraces.

As a company they vernally have all rounder; architects that can follow projects across all stages. 

The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 5 years (post-Part 3) proven UK experience of high calibre residential or hospitality buildings. 

Skills

·         be well organised and self-motivated with excellent communication skills

·         possess a working knowledge of the current UK Building Regulations

·         have a strong grasp of preparing specifications and construction documents.

·         have a clear understanding of what is expected of high-value residential projects

·         be able to work on their own and as part of a team

·         be deadline-focused 

Software wise,  they are open to Vectorworks or AutoCAD and prioritise peoples skills and ability over a software program.
