Architectural Technician

Your new company
I am delighted to be supporting a Multi-sector Architectural Practice based in South Leicestershire who are looking to increase their head count in their Education projects department. The Practice also works in sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Residential and Conservation.

Your new role
As an Architectural Technician you will be working with senior staff on projects across RIBA stages 1-5, in some cases leading aspects of the Education projects especially surveying the sites and providing sound technical advice.
You will be using AutoCAD, Revit and related design packages to produce planning applications, detailed drawings, building control packs and 3D renders.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ambitious and highly driven individual who thrives both in a team and on their own. You will have experience of working on on RIBA stages 1-5, ideally on Education projects. You will have experience of stepping up and lead on aspects of the project and produce high quality drawings, plans and renders.
You will be highly proficient in AutoCAD, 2D and 3D packages and proficiency in Revit would also be an advantage.
