A Newcastle based architectural practice are looking for a Job Running Architect to join their growing and sociable team.

In line with their bespoke designs, they offer a highly personal service to their clients which has kept them strong in the market and continuously on the up. The individual they are seeking, will be an experienced Job Running Architect, that pays particular attention to detail, has a sound knowledge of the UK Construction Industry and excellent Revit skills. You should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience and the ability to work under own initiative. These projects consist of leisure orientated schemes from sports to hotels and spas.

Key points:
ARB registered with min 3-5 years’ experience
Previous Job Running experience
Have a diverse Portfolio incl. large scale schemes
Good Revit skills
Strong communicator
Clean driver’s license, as you are expected to visit the different sites

Salary on offer is dependent on experience.
