Would you be interested in working for a leading, AJ100 London based Architectural practice on a permanent basis? Yes? Then please read on...

I'm currently assisting a well known company who've just taken on a number of large scale residential schemes both in the UK and overseas. To be considered you'll need at least 4 years PQE ideally worked at similar large companies on similarly large projects. This is very much a technical opportunity and the earliest RIBA stage you'll be working in stage 4. Sound knowledge and experience of working on the delivery stages is a must, generally RIBA stage 4-6. You'll need to have the relevant communication ability to coordinate between various teams in the office and various clients and contractors on site. Revit fluency is an absolute must and you'll be expected to hit the ground, minimum of 3 years solid Revit experience is required. 

You'll be working on some prestigious schemes within the residential sector, much of which are high-rise residential towers so you should ideally have some experience within this field. Failing that experience on large scale residential developments could suit. The company in question work on a variety of schemes ranging from commercial, to retail and residential. With projects spanning the globe and with an influx of new work coming through this is a great opportunity to embed yourself at a respected outfit for the long haul.
