A distinguished practice bustling with high-quality medium scale projects across multiple sectors is looking for an experienced senior architect. This role will involve you having a holistic approach to its residential projects, working closely with planners and interior designers to create refined, high-quality contemporary spaces. Based in central London, this experienced team is looking for an individual with a strong creative drive and thoughtful approach to design. The ideal candidate will be someone excelling in UK residential design experience and possess an engaging personality. You will be ready to lead the team under a project manager’s supervision but also take initiative and have design finesse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day to day lead on residential projects at their infancy, with strong concept skills in various forms of visual media.
  • Oversee design work within the concept and pre planning stages.
  • Thrive in your leadership role and contribute to the team dynamic.
  • Liaise confidently with client, consultants, project managers and contractors.
  • Oversee and manage production of information in Revit.

Skills and Experience:

  • Fully qualified ARB architect with a minimum of 3 years of experience preferably in UK residential projects.
  • Excellent front end design sensibility particularly in concept and pre-planning stages.
  • Demonstrable client facing, team management and consultant coordination skills are a must.
  • Competent with Revit, AutoCAD, and excellent Adobe Suite skills.
  • Knowledgeable in London’s planning and construction regulations and all RIBA stages of work.
  • Dedicated to thriving in a fast-paced environment with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Excellent presentation and detailing skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and prioritize decisions within your team.
  • Enthusiastic with a can do attitude.
