A high performing and ambitious Architectural Consultancy in Lincolnshire who work across multiple sectors with projects across the UK

Your new role
As an Associate you will lead the Architects, Technologists and other colleagues to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the high quality required.
Working a number of different projects and you will be reviewing work using mostly Revit & AutoCAD software, you may also be required to draw and get involved in technical detailing when required.
Multi-tasking will also be a large part of the role as you will have multiple projects being worked on at once and you will be working in a busy office with lots of team leadership
You will be working with the director to bring new business into the practice and ideally have clients to bring projects in.

What you'll need to succeed
As an Associate you will have job running experience of projects across multiple sectors, reviewing plans, drawings, 2D and 3D models mostly in Revit.
You will be a natural leader and have excellent communication skills to drive the team, hit deadlines and bring projects in within budget.
You will also be capable of leading and training staff both technically and generally support their career development.
