Project Architect

Forward thinking architect and interiors group are looking for a qualified architect with exceptional design sensibilities to lead pitches, concept and design development of a range of fit out projects. This is the opportunity to join a fast paced team and bring your fresh ideas to collaborate with key city developers on some impressive projects. Strong emphasis on refurbishment and retrofit with an interest in contemporary intervention within existing buildings would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

• Day to day lead new pitches, concept and design development on a range of commercial retrofit projects.
• Liaise with key clients, consultants and contractors.
• Work with management and the wider team across a range of projects.

Skills and Experience

• Part II! qualified architect with client facing experience.
• Demonstrable experience of commercial architecture preferred including cut and carve.
• Strong career record, both academic and professional.
• The capacity to develop a range of design, pitch and report documents
• Excellent communication skills – both verbally and visually.
• Competent knowledge of various CAD software and Adobe Creative Suite essential. Revit Advantageous.
