Junior Design Manager. Developer. Workplace Projects.

This opportunity provides a rare chance to move into a client-side role very early on in your career. The job is with a developer that has harnessed technology and design to create 'best in class' office developments. You'd work both on base-build and interior projects and would be tutored by the Head of Design.

Perhaps you are working at an architecture practice or interior design firm; loving design but feeling that you could influence design better from within a developer company. Perhaps you feel that you'd thrive on a role that sees you managing processes and commissioning design rather than doing the designs yourself?

Working in a multidisciplinary environment amongst other design managers, development managers and construction professionals can provide a more varied and stimulating environment for those who like to have a wider perspective on the whole project lifecycle. You of course also get to see the fruits of your labour come to fruition.

We are open to applications from architectural assistants, workplace consultants or people form interiors backgrounds. We'd like to see some experience of workplace projects and evidence of some good organisational skills. We'll also be looking for some energy and enthusiasm for office projects and working in development.
