Your new role
You will join a team of experienced and dynamic professionals dedicated to delivering projects in line with client's requirements. You will determine and define the scope of work and deliverables for each project, predicting resources required to complete projects, obtaining permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites. You will be heavily involved in managing costs to meet budgets, providing contract and subcontract direction. As a senior member of the team, you will ensure works are carried out in accordance with relevant building and safety codes and coordinate deliverables across multidisciplinary teams, including architects, designers, engineers and subcontractors.

What you'll need to succeed
You have 5-7 years experience in a similar role ideally, with a background in a cross discipline building consultancy. Experience with budgeting, cost control, contracts is essential. You also hold a Bachelors degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture. You are comfortable reading and understanding drawings and you are proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software.You can demonstrate knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles and you have the ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs.
