Architectural Technician/Technologist (Revit)

Urban are working alongside one of the UK’s best Residential/Housing studios as they look to welcome Architectural Technician’s and Technologist's to their team in Manchester.

Joining a practice that has a fantastic reputation in the industry and at the top of their game, the Manchester Studio has a requirement for Architectural Technicians/Technologists with strong technical skills to come in and hit the ground running.

As the UK market leaders in the field of Residential and later living & care, my clients award-winning team works with housing associations, charities, local authorities and private developers on a variety of medium-large scale projects.

The practice is a leading Housing Architect in the UK with the studio also working within other sectors including Commercial, Masterplans, Office Space, Leisure and Community/Education.

Suitable Technicians/Technologists will be 3-5 years post qualification and have strong project experience of working post-planning and taking projects to site and completion.

Software skills in Revit are essential and experience in BIM is key.

Salary for this position is based upon interview, experience and the influence the Technician/Technologist can bring to the studio.
