Site based architect required for a 4 month immediate contract with well known studio in Surrey. On offer is the chance to work on a large- mixed use project in Surrey currently at snagging stage. Successful applicants should be immediately available and have on site technical, Q&A & snagging experience
Job Description
- Monitor site, liaise with contractors and technical staff daily
- Carry out site inspections, and inspect contractors works
- Ensure QA and verify site works carried out are as per specified
- Manage snagging and de-snagging lists
Key Skills
- Part III qualified
- Demonstrable experience working on site at latter end of delivery stage
- Deep understanding of UK buildings regulations
- Confidence in liaising with contractors and on site staff
- Experience in AutoCAD or Revit is ideal
