Job Details
They are looking for a confident architect who has team leading and overseeing experience but keen to be hands on as well, the expectation will be to get on the software as well helping with staff members and being the face of the company to clients. Additionally they are looking for people who know the UK planning process and building regulations in the commercial and industrial sector, another bonus would be someone who had experience with BREEAM. Being someone coming in at a senior level the expectation and encouragement of the practice will be to be commercially aware while dealing with clients you will be there to promote the brand and ideally develop business.
