Senior Architectural Technologist

BHP Design is a medium-sized chartered architectural practice based in St. Paul’s Square, Birmingham. Established in 2007, the company handles a broad range of projects across numerous market sectors but specialises in Industrial & Data Centre projects.

Role
Oversee & lead projects within the industrial sector
Supervise (& coach) staff
Project runner & coordinate designs on multiple projects
Manage client relationships
Work on projects across all 7 RIBA stages
Work with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, BIM process
Chair project team meetings

Experience
You will have considerable experience of mainly industrial projects,
both traditional & Design & Build procurement, running them through all RIBA stages
Be confident in producing working drawings, construction packages,
& architectural details for mainly industrial projects
Understand planning process
Be skilled in AutoCAD
Have a working knowledge of Revit
Have excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team or on your own initiative
High technical standard
Ability to work well under time/budget constraints
