Essential criteria:

• UK based private residential project experience.
• Proven package / job runner taking schemes from planning approval through to delivery.
• A thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations.
• Ability to coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Hands on approach to the production of technical information / packages.
• All levels of Revit proficiency are welcome, from basic to advanced.
• A willingness to embrace new ways of working.
• Dedicated to the pursuit of innovation.
• Clear communication skills.
• CIAT, ARB or RIBA Qualification.
