Senior Architect - required to deliver high end projects
£50,000 - £55,000
Central London
We are seeking a Senior Architect that had proven experience in taking projects across all stages and delivering on site.
Our client has a pedigree for high quality projects and have an excellent background in large complex projects in the hospitality, residential and mixed use sectors.
Currently they are working on residential tower, have a 2000 unit scheme at pre app stages and another 1000 unit scheme in at planning. Also have another hotel project which sits well alongside their completed 5* projects.
You will have a strong understanding across all stages and have run projects and teams in Revit.
Having hands on Revit capabilities will be advantageous but not essential as you will be overseeing the project and team and using your experience for liaising with consultants and contractors and delivering schemes.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to join an emerging but already very established practice that work on great projects.
