Project/Senior Architect

Urban are working alongside an award-winning mid-sized architectural studio in Manchester that are looking to welcome the addition of a Project/Senior Architect to their existing workforce.

With an excellent and busy project workload scheduled for 2021 and beyond, this exciting team are very much on the up and looking to add to their studio with the addition of a Job Running Project/Senior Architect (3 years post-part III).

Suitable applicant’s will be joining an established team that work well together in a collaborative environment throughout projects from initial inception design stages through to completion on- site.

The Project/Senior Architect will be confident throughout the RIBA Plan of Work through design and technical stages, with excellence coming in job-running, project management and leading teams.

The studio has a diverse and varied portfolio that spans Commercial, Offices, Residential, Mixed Use amongst other typologies. Current workloads are in Commercially focused projects so excellent experience in this desirable.

The team are confident BIM users, experience in Revit will put you at an advantage but this is by no means essential and training can be provided for stand-out applicants.
