Associate Designate – Kent – Up to £60k

This is a wonderful opportunity for a Kent based, Senior Architect looking to take the next step in their career with growing Kent based practice.

My client is an incredibly busy, family owned practice currently employing 30+ people with a portfolio covering residential, commercial and mixed-use projects across the South-East.

Due to continued growth they are now looking for an associate-designate to join their senior management team. This is an ideal role for a senior level architect currently working in Kent who feels they are hitting a glass ceiling or someone currently commuting into London looking for new role closer to home.

You will be comfortable running jobs, be an accomplished designer and have experience of running small teams and dealing with resourcing. As senior member of staff you will also have good client interface skills, be involved in fee bids and work closely with the directors. AutoCAD and Revit are highly desirable.
