Commercial Property Manager, permanent position, Leeds office, Grad or APC level, £25,000-£30,000 doe

Your new company
A well established, award winning and multi-disciplinary independent practice are looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join their team. With a city centre office of circa 50 professionals your new company are a leading practice in the region who deliver a full range of commercial property services. You will be joining a company with an excellent track record of supporting though APC as well as a friendly office culture.

Your new role
Commercial Property Managers are very much hands on here with both direct client and tenant liaison. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating your properties on the Management system , processing and approving invoices, general H & S/compliance and dealing with an element of credit control supported by their dedicated credit controller.


What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need to of completed or due to be completing your degree in the next 6 months. You will need to have a desire to work within the property sector or have worked at either at a consultancy or agency previously.

What you'll get in return
