Architectural Assistant

A great opportunity is available to join a forward thinking multi-award winning practice for a part 2 assistant. The role is to work on large scale UK based commercial project throughs all design stages in Revit. The successful applicant will have excellent design ability backed up with solid technical understanding and be able to produce design and technical packages with Revit. They will also need to have good presentation skills, be able to create families in Revit, have good understanding of UK regulations and BIM level 2 experience would be beneficial. 

Job Description

• Working on UK commercial projects
• Producing design and technical packages
• 3D Modelling and creating families in Revit
• 2D production of details in AutoCAD
• Working within a team
• Liaison with project leader, consultants and stakeholders
• Research of design, construction methods, legislations and working practices

Key Skills

• Experienced part II assistant or newly qualified 
• Experience with internal layouts and envelope
• Experience working with contractors, consultants and stakeholders
• BIM level 2 project experience
• Excellent design ability
• Solid technical understanding
• Able to produce packages in Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience on commercial projects
