Project Architect - Re-Imagining Workplace

The future of workplace is changing! We are working with an industry-leading practice acting as a trailblazer in how modern-day workplace is designed in a post-pandemic world.

As far as projects go, it does not get better than this…a mixed-use workplace scheme in central London that is targeted 'BREEAM Outstanding'. This futuristic building will utilise recycled materials, increase biodiversity, reduce pollution and even risk of infection, whilst boosting both mental and physical health of occupants…acting as a beacon for buildings to come.

What is your role in this amazing project? Having successfully gained unanimous planning consent, the project is now moving from RIBA Stage 3 to 4. We are looking to bolster an existing team with an experienced Project Architect, an individual with a track record of delivering complex BIM Level 2 workplace projects in London.

The ideal candidate will lead a team on a complex façade package, consisting of recycled steel and triple skin glazing. A proven ability to drive a project from RIBA Stage 3, on to site and ultimately through to completion is vital for this post.

A proven ability to deliver high value projects utilising the latest software tools (Revit / BIM) is essential.
