Architect

Planning Recruitment are currently supporting a medium sized, friendly studio in their search for an experienced Technical Architect as the studio continues to grow.

Upon joining the East London studio, you will be working on a number of projects across a multitude of sectors, with a main focus on stage 4 + 5 delivery of large-scale residential schemes. Beyond this you will be given the opportunity to work across all RIBA work stages and across a number of other sectors such as Retail, Commercial, Master planning and Mixed Use. This role will initially see you running a package whilst the practice provides you the support and mentorship to move into a project running role which will also allow scope to take responsibility for financial management and project fees.

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate experience working in a similar package leading role, on large scale residential projects across RIBA stages 4 +5 and have the desire to progress their career into a project leading role. As the practice are Revit and AutoCAD based, you must possess proficiency in both programmes.
