Job Details
Urban are working alongside a regular award winning, AJ100 leading UK Architectural studio in Manchester as they look to welcome the addition of a Senior BIM/Revit Technologist to their workforce, following an increase in project demand and expanding portfolio.
Based in Central Manchester, the studio has a diverse portfolio of work that covers Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Transport, Educational and Defence sectors.
The suitable Senior BIM/Revit Technician will have experience in delivering BIM Level 2 projects with a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience with excellent Revit capabilities.
As a Senior BIM/ Revit Technologist, the position will require strengths and expertise within RIBA Stages 3 through to 7 (Developed Design to Construction) including technical detailing, planning and building regulations, producing construction information documents and site management across a broad range of projects.
This role will be working within the architectural BIM team, and as a Senior BIM user you will be expected to take on a leading BIM role for the office and contribute to BIM processes and strategies across the Northern studio.
The studio is considered one of the primary BIM studios so experience in Revit will be essential and to a high standard.
