Established in 2005, your new company represents a new step for the motor retail market, harnessing the best property knowledge skills for client's current and future needs, at the lowest overall cost.

They develop strategies to precisely match client's needs for property assets in their core business area of motor retailing that enhance and achieve best value and financial return now and for the future.

Your new role

You will be a self-motivated, MRICS director level surveyor with strong business acumen and contacts
The role is commercially focused and will be wide ranging encompassing agency, investment, development and valuation, covering property throughout the UK.

There will be a key focus on:
* general sales, acquisitions, and leasing agency
* investment agency
* development consultancy
* property management of dealer groups portfolios
* professional work (rent reviews. lease renewals, landlord and tenant issues and valuation).
* Planning advice

What you'll get in return

£50,000 - £60,000 with bonuses
